I paid for gifts with credit card, why do I have a balance?

When using a credit card for a Goody gift, you will be charged the full original gift cost after the gift is accepted.

Gift swapping: when allowing gift recipients to choose between multiple gift options, any cost difference will be returned to your Balance for future gifts, regardless of original payment method.

Not sure how to use the remaining balance? You can use Balance + Credit card for the next gift you send. Or, to use up a small balance, why not surprise & delight a teammate with a giftcard?

If a gift expires without being accepted, you are never charged. Credit cards are only on the individual account level. They can be added from Payment Methods. Credit card charges are batched into 3 charges per week maximum.
